What if my tenants won't use it?
There's no app to download. They open the link you send, sign up free with their email and see what they owe. They can keep paying you the usual way, GCash, Maya or bank, and send a screenshot you approve.
Hawak niyo po ba ang pera ko?
Hindi po. Rent goes straight to your own GCash, bank, or your own PayMongo or Xendit account. Tenant.ph never holds your money.
How does paying online work, and how much does it cost?
On Plus and Pro, you connect your own PayMongo or Xendit account. They review new accounts first, which can take a few days. Your tenants pay exactly what's due. PayMongo or Xendit charges you its usual fee; we add nothing on top.
Is my data safe?
We follow the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173). We never sell your data, and there are no ads or trackers. Each tenant sees only their own records.
What if I stop paying for a plan?
Plans never renew by themselves. When yours ends, you're on Free: your leases keep running, statements still go out and nothing is deleted. You just can't send a new lease while you have more tenants than Free holds, and SMS reminders and online payments stop.
